Yeah, it's always been like that. Really crazy rule.

I think it's a nice accomplishment, given all the hype goes to Gareth Bale...

I'm more pissed at Mason than Huth not being suspended, how the frick do you see that and do NOTHING? Maybe refs really do have it out for Liverpool. Would love to know what BR thinks of that statement

Reports that Fellaini is out for a few weeks. Will miss the Merseyside Derby.

That's never a bad thing... Hopefully, Jelavic gets a knock (if his country is even playing)

Meh. I think its just rumors and nothing else. I cannot see us spend £12 mn on a punt. For relatively unproven players I think our limits would be around £6 - 10 mn.
Also hearing rumors of the January kitty being only £10 mn + any sales, which I have no beef with as long as the money is spent buying a good striker to partner Luis. Also Carroll will not return.

We'll get some money for Carroll in the summer + Downing and Enrique money which I imagine will be around 15m.

Pretty good video of fouls on Suarez so far this year
I feel bad for him. It's only a matter of time before he leaves England. He has become a villain and a beacon of hate in the league. frick the fact that he gets fouled more than any other player. frick the fact that he gets chopped and hacked multiple times a game out there. One bad dive and it makes headlines. Not the malicious stamp on his chest earlier in the game, his fricking dive in the box.
It sucks. So badly I want him to just quit the theatrics. "LUIS, STAY ON YOUR FEET" I want to tell him. But then I watch him play and the referees give no incentive for him to stay on his feet. I watch videos like this and realize how much it must suck to have a bullseye on your chest. Defenders know they can make contact with him, and they will receive the benefit of the doubt. I don't know what there is to be done.

Beast, players get 'marked' in any league, but it does seem one gets typecast quite easily on 'the isle'.

His problem is he goes down easily frequently. The dives like he had on Saturday are very rare.
I understand he has the reputation. And as I've admitted frequently, he has nobody to blame but himself. But I look around the league and labeled players like Ashley Young and Gareth Bale still get the benefit of the doubt more times than not.
A yellow should be a yellow and a PK should be a PK regardless of the player in question. But he plays in England and the natives will always be held in a higher breath.
I'm sure it wont be long before he finds himself in Spain or Paris. He must be getting sick of England pretty fast.

Next time he rolls around and sticks his arm straight out, I want someone to rip his arm off.

I think he's a great player, I don't like him, but he is very good.
BTW, when will Liverpool wise up, and rehire Rafa? He knows what he's doing, better than 90+% of the coaching world, and he loves the club. I don't get it.
