Not as good as the Rooney from a few years ago... I guess he also doesnt have the EPL experience, but I'd still take him for all the reasons I mentioned above...

He's certainly not as powerful as Rooney. You people forget how good Rooney is because he is a massive count. Jovetic is the classier, more technical player that Arsenal usually sign, and I'd be super happy with him.
