(Possible) First Review of The Dark Knight Rises This Week

We could be getting our first review of The Dark Knight Rises this week. Peter Travers of Rolling Stone magazine has gotten the scoop on Nolan's last two films: Inception and The Dark Knight - publishing both reviews in the last week of June in the years the two films came out. New issues are released every Wednesday so it's very possible that we could get the review as early as Tuesday of this week.
Peter Travers is one of a handful of critics whose opinion I take very seriously. So if he gives it an excellent review I will probably have a joygasm.

I remember back when The Dark Knight came out, IGN Movies got a very early scoop on the film and they ended up giving it a 10/10.

I like Roeper.
He's a less elitist Ebert.

I don't think so. He and I (usually) have similar tastes in movies. If he likes a movie there's a good chance I'll like it, too.

I don't listen to critics. Either a movie entertains me or it doesn't

Ebert has been around the game for 50ish years and is a damn good writer. He gets my respect.
