Up to the coach to make changes. We have a dugout full of players it's called benching players to make them focus on their approach at the plate.

I could be wrong but I've always believed that baseball is the sport that relies most heavily on coaching. Also, wouldn't the hitting coach be evaluating the guys we recruit with PM?
