If the Heat are up by 10-15 its frontrunning time and show off time. LeBron plays well in those situations. But if it a close gritty game in the 4th, the Great LeBron James morphes into LeBron Copperfield. Simply because in the 4th the lane closes up. So he has to shoot jumpers or go to the foul line and in those crucial situation he is scared shitless of that. Kind of similar to ARod.

I wish I could find the video clip. But it's a famous Larry Bird clip. And in my opinion it shows the big difference between players of that era vs the Kobe's and LeWalks of today. Players of today CANNOT shoot jumpers. They are streaky at best, and can only drive the lane and score or get fouled. When the lane closes up in the fourth, they shite themselves and their teams more often than not. Well anyway the C's are playing the Lakers in the Garden, and it's late in the game and the C's are inbounding for the game winner to Bird, Riley leaves him wide open, and miraculously bird misses the shot, and they lost. But he immidiately turns around to Riley and gives him the look like, I can't believe you just left me wide open to take that shot.
IMO you can leave players like Kobe and LeWalk and DWade wide open because they can't shoot to save their lives. Every now and then they will hit it, and it makes you forget about all the times they couldn't get to the rim and were forced to shoot a 15-25ft jumper and choked because the simply can't shoot.
Man I wish I could find that clip.
