I didn't even realize there was a formal definition for this. I also did a the wikepedia search. I thought it was similar to calling someone "councilman" or "lord" or whatever. Just different. But that's interesting.
I had no idea people didn't realize this.. I guess I just know what the word means from previous books. It's kind of funny that people went over a year without realizing he was dickless.. you missed some jokes/jabs..
