I have two full racks marinating right now. I cut them in half to make four half racks. I usually cook 2 full racks for 2 1/2 hours in the oven then finish them off on the grill. Since I have split them in half, does that change the time I should keep them in the oven? TIA

prolly not, just watch for the meat to pull off the ends of the rib bones. make sure you peel off the memebrane on the back.

This board is not a fan of any ribs that are not smoked. Good luck

Flip the order. When you start in the oven, it's harder for the smoke to get into the ribs from the grill. Start them on the grill, then finish in the oven after they have a little smoke and bark.
