Are we talking quanity, or quality though. I am a firm believer in the true market economy. If they can pull enough people to survive, why knock them. they have pulled more folks the last 2 days than shoney's did in that location the last month they were open.

Quantity.
And the one thing most people don't realize about G-town, is they have some really good authentic Mexican places. I think that Tex-Mexican place will do well in servicing the South of I-10 folks in the area.

Wasn't knocking them in the least bit. BR seems to support 93 sushi places just fine, but I just laugh once a month when I pass by and see a new one opening.
My experience with the folks that I work with in Gonzales is that they aren't very progressive eaters to say the least, and another Tex-Mex or steak house, or Olive Garden, would do them just fine.
It's not a knock because I don't care what you eat, but I was just stating an observation.
