My issue is this: during the Coach/Organization phase, the line handed by the NFL was this took place in 09, NFL told them to stop, they didnt, so they were punished.
If this is the case, why did Scott Fujita get suspended for three games, since he was no longer with the team after 09?

This is all brought on by this lawsuit former players. In a class action suit they filed against the NFL for head damages they (the former players)new since high school they were subject to, plain and simple. The big money the NFL generates will get to the court system and deny what these former players are wanting. And the NFL will say. Plead there innocence, we are doing what we can to stop all of this violence/harm, with suspending, ending careers, to make this point. Its why football players make a lottery winners paycheck every year. Its a lot of money, but, hey, you could get hurt or have lingering effects from this game after you retire. Boxing and this new form of fighting, kick boxing, rolling around like queers, whatever it is, will follow suit, just like the former football players. Hey, we didn't know continous punching in the head my damage my brain. Huh.
