Good for Lee. We'd been F'ed in the A if he didn't stick around for senior season.

not only that, if JJ had started vs Oregon and WV, would LSU even have been in on the BCS champ game? I doubt it.

I really hate the JJ v/s Lee thing but you guys do realize that we ran the ball 73 % of the time... and won games Running the ball... and with strong Defense.... Can't remeber one game were we relied on either one... Could have sworn everygame that we did get in trouble it was either a special teams play of running the ball that got us over the hump.... Or did i miss the big passing games these guys had when we couldn't run..... I could have sworn we saw panic and int's against the team who stuffed the run.... an WV Oregon would have been same result. You do know we threw for less than 100 yard against oregon and less than 200 v/s WV.... Not saying i wouldn't have rathered Lee but lets not get stupid we would have been were we were no matter what.... A powerful running game and Def won us game it didn't matter who played QB...now if mett played i think we would have a crystal ball in BR... but with these to it didn't matter which is way we ran and ran and ran some more...

Actually the game against MS State comes to mind. I think we won 16-6? or something like that. Game would have been pretty close if you take away that Lee TD pass to Randle.

And when JJ entered as the starter we went away from our power running game and lacked any threat in the passing game as SECCG and BSC games proved.

This is ignorant. Our offense was better with Lee. There were key Lee passes in the Oregon and WV that JJ could not have made. It's incredibly eye opening to watch the first 8 games and see a good LSU O.

While you're right, you're wrong. We barely won games that way. When Lee was our QB, we beat the sh*t out of teams!
