Well if you want to talk about the team's offense, then the Saints would be better than the patriots.
But lets talk about the individual qb.
Which team has the better players around him. The Saints were already #1 in terms of offensive players around Brees, but once Graham hit his stride it made things not even close.

Now obviously, I do not have the playoff stats of two qb's I could give two shits about on hand. But if I remember correctly, not to long ago Drew Brees threw 22 ints, and in the last two playoffs hasn't taken his team to the superbowl, unlike Brady.
In fact, one stat that pops out to me is Drew Brees has never won a road playoff game.
So if you want to talk about playoffs, like talk about the stats that matter. Wins.
