disagree, Dinardo and Maineri definately are recent examples of the need for AD input.

You would not believe the politics that gets involved in LSU coaching hires. The late night phone calls, budget matters, facility improvements,etc., who knows who, who can get who to call so-and-so, it is all unbelieveable.
