Ok, after searching and finding out who he was, it seems that you don't hear much about him so that's likely a good thing in regards to a owner.
I will always love Arte Moreno as an owner because of the fact that right after buying the Angels he asks someone, "Can I lower beer prices?" They responded, you own the team you can do whatever you want. He proceeded to lower beer and ticket prices.

Honestly, it isn't hard to own the Red Wings. The Tigers are a little bit tougher, but not much. Plus, he isn't very good when it comes to deals because supposedly it was him who wanted Fielder, although Cuban has made some baffling contract decisions too.

Yeah, he had a few years there where it looked like he was blowing all his cash on the Wings and didn't care about the Tigs. But, when the NHL put on their salary cap stuff or whatever, he couldn't just break the bank for hockey players. That may have helped the baseball side of the business. He basically admitted he way overpaid for Prince Fielder, but he is getting old and wanted to take a wild stab at a title ASAP. I will say that Joe Louis is an absolute dump, but I believe the Ilitch family is working on that, too.
