It depends if the Heat are allowing Ibaka and Perkins look like all stars. It would be close.

The difference between Heat v Mavs last year and Heat v OKC is that Wade/LeBron respect Chandler's defense inside. They don't give Ibaka/Perkins the same respect. So while LeBron hesitates to drive inside on Chandler, he doesn't hesitate against Ibaka or Perkins.

Also, I disagree with a lot of the Wade talk. If Brian Cardinal doesn't hip check Dwyane and injure him. The Heat might have ended up winning last year. Wade was having a great series until he got that hip issue, and was fully taking advantage of all the attention LeBron was getting.

The Heat are not better off without Wade. That kind of talk is silly and misguided. The advantage the Heat have is that if you put all your attention on LeBron or Wade the other can burn you. And it worked all throughout the playoffs until Wade's injury. If you trade Wade (which MIA will never do anyway) you open up the ability for teams to focus on LeBron and then you're hoping jumpers fall (ala Old Cavs teams) or praying for offensive rebounds/putbacks (Current Bulls formula). But all this talk is moot anyway, because the Heat are never going to trade Wade or LeBron.
