Interesting question... You've seen earlier this year that some clubs (Chelsea) dont have the patience to implement a "new system" in the "win now" world of European football.
However, I'm with you... outside CL, looking in. If we were ever going to implement a new system, now would be the time... But, it appears we are being built in the exact opposite direction...
