How does Rivers look?

Like a backup QB. He doesn't throw it very hard, stares down recievers, and needs experience. He is quick for his size though and has potential. He doesn't throw it near as weird as Phillip.

Not very good. Threw a pick to Reid with no purple jersey in sight.

I watched the practice yesterday that they let the students into, and Rivers looked the worst out of the QBs. It wasnt in pads, so who knows, but Randall looked better than him.

I didn't catch the spring game, but at practice, Randall's arm stood out strongly to me. Hes a gunslinger.

I know this means nothing, but I was very impressed with Randall's high school film. He has a ton of potential.

I think Randall will be the backup come fall. Just my opinion. He's got a better arm and doesn't stare down his target.

It was 2 hand touch on QB's but he moved well.

What game were y'all watching? Rivers had some great pocket awareness, great. He had some good reads. He made a few mistakes, which were big. He is not ready for prime time. He is improving at a nice pace.
Randall looked good against the 4th d. Then he got a series against the first d and went 3 n out.
Rivers seems to have a knack for moving around in a collapsing pocket. Randall runs a good qb draw. Randall seems to make much quicker decisions, but everything was dink n dunk. I think the coaches were giving rivers complex passing plays, while staying with quick routes with Randall.
Just my two cents

I'm guessing most of the ones posting didn't see the game and are just going of rant-troll posts. The one pass he made in the vid I linked was a great throw and made after he came back to that receiver after looking left.
