This is a remake of a Jimmie Rodgers track:
Jimmie Rodgers -- "Never No Mo' Blues" (1928)

I first heard the song on an album by the great '80s cowpunk (admins: please unanchor my cowpunk thread) band The Blasters. YouTube has "Never No More Blues by The Blasters here, but it's not the one I first heard. The earlier version was slower, while this sounds like a speeded-up Cajun two-step. I still like it though.
