This shite runs deep. The Saints are being scapegoated. Goodell allowed this shite to persist in the league long before the Saints were warned 3 years ago.

All about being lied to and has very little to do with the bounty. Payton was asked by the god of football (what Goodell sees himself as) to put an end to it and he didn't after saying he would. You don't lie to the god of football.
