I have a question concerning rule #2:
2. Links to downloadable content and file sharing websites are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule could result in account suspension or termination. Links to free audio/video sites such as youtube and artist homepages are allowed. Additionally, if linking music content, please make an effort to link content without excessive advertisements. Your fellow members will appreciate it.
I download a ton of live music, all of which is AUD recordings, which are Audience member recordings that are granted permission to tape by the band. These tapes are legally allowed to be traded online through bit torrent sites like bt.etree.org. Is it OK to post links for these legal downloads? What if they are loaded up to a file-sharing site? Just wanted to clarify this on the legally allowed shared live music files. Thanks.
