I boil hen after a crawfish boil...... Debone, put some in a blender with celery, green onions, mayo, a little lemon juice, and sometimes: hidden valley ranch salad dressing dry mix. I know that sounds crazy - but my wife is convinced thats what Calvins has n theirs......

Olive Oil Mayo makes a great chick salad.

Im not crazy about grapes or nuts n it..... This board has aleays had a battle over "crunchy" or "no crunchies" n a chicken salad.

Some folks use creole mustard n chick salad..... Some use hard boiled egg whites.... Some do pickle/pickle relish.... Some use green olives/and or capers.....


Hopefully those r enuff ideas to create one u really like
