Florida and the Tigers have been a great rivalry for a long time--it would be a shame to discontinue it. If the powers that be want it changed, i would prefer no cross-rival. Maybe Joe Aleva wants to schedule Duke or TOWSON STATE every year instead
Since when did Duke and Towson State join the SEC?
Why is it that so many can't make an argument with out resorting to exaggeration and idiocy? We will play Florida again, just not every year and we won;t replace them with only Vandy. In leui of playing Fla every year, we will play UGA, Tenn, and USCe along with UK and Vandy more often.

Then you're talking about doing away with perennial cross-divisional games. OK, that's fine with me and, I suspect, a lot of people. But it won't happen because Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn and Georgia won't let it happen. So, given that WE ARE GOING TO HAVE PERENNIAL CROSS-DIVISIONAL RIVALS, what is the advantage of trading Florida for some other SEC East team (which won't be Tennessee or Georgia because of their rivalries with Alabama and Auburn)? So, it's either South Carolina, Kentucky, Vandy or Missouri. Which one do we want to play every year instead of Florida?
