there have been the last couple years since they moved the start of the season back, where have you been? And why would you point out this one instead of the 8 games in 10 days that includes Bama and Florida?

First off I do not remember 8 games in 10 days last year but I could have missed it.

Also the Bama/Florida stretch is 8 games in 11 days with 2 days off on Sun and Mon to rest after the 1st 3 games. That is somewhat like a normal weeks schedule than the 1 day off after 4 games.

I will give you that 5 of those games are on the raod and the competition will be harder.

I don't care who we play though 72 innings in 10 days is a bunch for any pitching staff. All it takes is 1 starter getting pulled early in a game to screw up the bullpen for the SEC games.

Sec 219 row 7 seats 8 and 9...for the record.

Honestly, I can't see us pitching anyone of importance in that last Notre Dame game or the midweek game against NW State.

We're gonna want everyone fresh and ready for SEC play.

Don't be a Baseball-Tard. Do you really think that the coach will compromise what he wants to use on an SEC weekend in a mid-week game? If you have been paying close enough attention from section 214 or wherever you sit, you will notice that tons of guys who pitch in the mid week games are on the staff just for that reason...to pitch in mid week games. And you will notice that the coach uses the midweek games to get the weekend pitchers a specific number of innings of work. It doesnt matter how many games are played in how many days...the coach isn't going to screw up his weekend plan during the midweek.
