If you'll be retired and can afford it, go for it. Nothing like owning your own. You can up and go whenever you want and do whatever you want to make it exactly how you want it. It can be your own little paradise.

On the flip side you have to worry about theft, vandalism, upkeep, hurricanes, and a bunch of other shite.
