Noted. Just trying things out... the first batch I did a pound of pecans in the full boil. I didn't find that it had as much pecan flavor as I would like, especially on the nose, so I added another half pound at the 5-minute mark and then about a quarter pound to secondary. Was supposed to be another half pound, but the bag ripped and whoops...

I used some brown malt to pull out some more of the nutty flavor. But my praline was a brown ale not a dubbel. I did kinda wonder if I could have ground the pecan up a little and used it in the mash.
