I've done a few turkey's and Boston butt's in mine, follow the book, it's works correctly every time. Do season the SS tub 1st, also like the book says. When the bird reaches the temp. on thermometer it will be done. Good luck..

How do you do your butts? About how long per pound? Does it shredd?
