LSU Stadium Club

Went to LSU Stadium Club for a luncheon. First time up there and it was nice and good views of the field. The one thing that stood out is LSU still has the old time TVs vs. HD Tvs. You would think if someone is dropping that kind of coin to sit up there LSU would at least have HD Tvs. The same can be said for the TVs at the concession stands in the other parts of the stadium.
I guess they are cleaning up the south end zone stands. The had all the bleachers removed and pressure washing.

You've got the real thing in front you, the tvs are really just for replays...no need to fork out thousands to fix that (at this time at least).

From a function standpoint, tube TV's hold up better outdoor than flat panels(outdoor and under a cover like in the stadium club). Did you notice that all the indoor TV's were HDTV's? Yeah, Flat panels look better, but from a cost standpoint, tubes work better in the elements outside in TS
