If you listen to the interview with his cousin who is a sheriff in Russell County, AL... Look for "A Must Listen"
The sheriff said that it appears that it is his cousin in the video and it was so out of character for Brian to do what he did and to his knowledge he had never been in trouble before.
He was a district manager for Hibbett's not some store manager in a mall (although he may have been in that position while climbing the corporate ladder.)
The moral of this story is THINK BEFORE YOU DRINK (excessively).

I've been shitfaced many times in my younger years and not once did it ever cross my mind to pull my nuts out and rub them on some unconscious person. I don't feel one bit sorry for this asswipe. And for the followers in Krystal dressed in red cheering him on, they're just as bad.
