Page one says this young man it has been stated was recovering from a seizure; much has been made about because he was drunk it was his fault. As I watched this video I felt he was more than drunk...I hope he comes forward and gets this wrong corrected.

Nope, just drunk. Doesn't make what happened OK but he was passed out drunk. OP made that up.
