upload to photobucket then copy the direct image link. Make sure you password protect your account.

imgur.com is a little easier i think
you don't have to sign up for an account like photobucket, but photobucket or imageshack is nice to have to keep track of all the photos you upload

I have the Photobucket app on my iPhone that makes it really easy.
