I'm not sure about the rest of you, but I look at the depth chart at qb starting this semester and I'm pretty damn opptomistic. I see two guys who could possibly win Hiesmen's sometime throughout their starting careers (Mett and Kiel). With JJ leaving, there's no more "Les' guy" to turn to when ever sees the chance. We have two guys who could potentially be very very good for this program and lead us to multiple NC games in the coming years. We all need to stop jumping before the gun goes off and trust in the kids decision. I don't see Mett or Keil choosing LSU in the first place without some type of garentee that a prolific passing game is in the works.

Let's all relax and see what comes of next season. It's cool to be pissed about this NC game, but have faith for next year. If not in Les then trust in the kids, the fact that they're here with the cluster frick that has been our passing game the last few years should tell you something about what's to come.

Could you supply evidence from history that our coaches understand how to use, grow and direct these raw talents to victories and heismans?

Could be Randall. I think all of our QBs are better than what we had though.

It won't be easy getting past the trauma that has been RP, JJ, JL. However, the future is bright at the QB position.

Do we have talent at quarterback next year?
Yes.

Will Les and his offensive staff develop and properly utilize that talent?

Quick question, will y'all label and villify every black quarterback that will play at LSU in the future?

If I go off of Les Miles and other JJ supporters then LSU has no chance at beating Bama the next few years unless Randell plays. Bama can't be beaten without a running QB. You can't scheme against Bama's pass rush with a pocket passer. Basically with Mett, Kiel, or Rivers you are forfeiting the Bama game.
