Could this possibly be the longest off season ever?

After ending a 13-0 season the way we did ( that debacle of a game) and knowing that we have a new talented QB in Mett, I don't think the season can come soon enough. I want to see the Tigers back out on the field already. I just refuse to believe that what happened Monday was truely LSU football.

It may be our shortest since we were in the BCSNCG and I am pretty sure we have a pretty early opener.

It sure seems that way but it will settle down. But you are right, we didn't play, at least offensively, like a 13-0 team on Monday night.
And that's what's driving people bananas. Myself included.
I can deal with a loss, I won't like it, but I can take a loss if we do what I know we can do. That didn't happen Monday night.

I agree with the baseball statement, will try to take advantage of free student tickets as much as possible but LSU football is just that passion that tops everything else

The period between the end of LSU's baseball season and the beginning of football is the dead zone, particularly if LSU doesn't make it to Omaha. That makes the dead zone that much worse. There's NOTHING going on in BR during that time.

yes that's the worse time (between baseball ending and football starting again) but im not the type to waste time on the past and what could have been. i cant wait for baseball to begin.
