Billingsley Ranking Alabama #1

Search function is not working but I noticed billingsley ranked Alabama slightly higher than LSU. Alabama 349.232 vs LSU 348.476. He says in his formula it's based on what the team accomplished without factoring margin of victory. Thoughts? I am not saying I think LSU deserves to be number one in any poll or rankings or that billingsley ranking us number one would change anything.
