Beating a team 3 times in a row

2 months ago Miles was " the best coach in the country" . He had out coached Saban 2 games in a row. The majority on this board agreed. The problem is that when you beat a great team once , it is hard to reach the same emotional level where as the loser of game one has a revenge factor. That is why in every rematch game between 2 top five teams has resulted in the loser of game one winning the second game. The loser has to make changes where as the winning team sticks with what won the first game. 40 days is a long time to prepare for our simple offense. I agree we should have done things differently but I still like Miles as our coach and can't wait till next year.

You are right on the money with this statement. The reason people have been critical of LM is because of how we lost. It was very obvious his team was not even close to being as prepaired as Bama. He also seemed to just accept the lost instead of trying to change QB's. I am not saying it would have changed the outcome but it couldn't have made it any worst.
