that is a fairly well written piece there .. a little overly slanted to matt moscona .. but still well written ... and no .. there was no cross promotion at all .. i always thought WJBO should have done what WWL has done for years and do a high-profile sports talk show during afternoon drive time .. then, off of that show, promote your 24-hour sports talk sister station .. but you never got that .. but you also have to lay the blame in the laps of the hosts themselves too .. you rarely, if ever heard them promote each other .. here was condon, a SALARIED employee of the station and it's BIGGEST overhead expense, that would never mention the other shows on the station that stroked him a paycheck .. that made no sense at all to me ... those guys should have jumped back and forth on each other's shows .. ott should have been covering the weekly miles press luncheon and then had a nice call in segment on songy's show with clips rather than songy just not doing his show and going to it himself .. that was always dumb ... in the end, i just think you had four separate agendas on the air that didn't care enough about the bricks and mortar they all had to live in and share ..
