Country Inn & Suites on Magazine street, 2 blocks off of Canal and only about 8 blocks from the Super Dome, had rooms yesterday, because I booked one. They don't have a 3 night minimum anymore, but they charge $350 per night, which includes parking. It is a suite hotel, so I have 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa. Could actually hold 6 people. They also have a free breakfast. Not sure if they still have rooms, but you could check. You probably should call instead of checking online.
