Two reasons why this will never happen: LA Coliseum and the Rose Bowl. How long have those stadiums been around? And in an earthquake-prone area.

How about this? Some one donates a bizillion dollars and they tear down the whole campus and rebuild it, after all, the quad is an old POS, too.

They just upgraded Texas's It's Got Sixty-five People's Names On It Memorial Stadium and it is the most boring, sterile environment I've ever been in for a college football game. Part of what I love about TS is the grimy, dark feel of it. THAT'S called atmosphere, people.

I'm curious. How many people who support this type of renovation on this post actually graduated from LSU? Roll call, if you will, please.

I am a graduate and do not favor tearing down TS
