I'd be extremely hesitant about this. The only way I'd be okay with this is if they built the new Tiger Stadium on the same field, and you have a design that looks similar to the old stadium and replicates the crowd noise. No naming rights either. No "Boudreaux's Butt Paste Field at Copeland's Tiger Stadium."

One of my concerns is that in building an entirely new stadium, you could have delays running years or more, depending on whether environmental groups want to make noise. So we might be using the Superdome longer than we think.

Just renovate the stadium. I do wish we would take care of our facilities a little better. I've been to the football stadium for the Naval Academy and it is exquisite. Puts us to shame in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. I'd love to see Tiger Stadium taken care of to that level.
