Does anyone know a good mortgage broker and real estate agent in the Central Area. My brother in law and sister are looking to buy a home. I was also wondering if anyone knew or could recommend a first time homebuyers course. I think they would like to apply for RD mortgage.

Thanks.

I didn't use a RE agent or a Mortgage broker that was based out of Central, but I did wind up buying a house in Central. The main thing here is getting somebody that you're comfortable with, avoid pushy people, and avoid people that are hard to get ahold of.

As a buyer, you can look at all the mls listings for free online to help narrow your search and thus saving you and your agent time and gas money.

I live in Bellingrath Estates and it's a great neighborhood, btw. I've always liked the established neighborhoods with large yards and wrap-around driveways though..
