Where to Get Curly Endive in BR

Have tried Calandro's, Albertson's (P'ville and Airline, LeBlanc's (P'ville and Gonzales). Checked at Whole Foods about a year ago w/o success.
Most stores carry Belgium endive, but not the Curly.
Anyone know who carries it. I'm thinking maybe a smaller store than caters to Italian clientele.
