It's not like we have a bunch of young up and comers on the coaching staff that will be getting head coaching gigs soon. The staff is loaded with well-experienced coaches that have been around and just flat out know how to coach football. Most have been given the shot at a head coaching gig before but their careers have led them here, and will stay as long as they are getting paid fairly and we are winning.

I think this is true for the most part, but who knows how these guys will react if the "perfect" HC gig comes along and they throw some major $ their way.
