Yeah. They are trading Odom to get a TPE so they can take on Hedo in a possible Howard trade.

Of course they are. That's the play. First get the trade exception from Dallas' trading of Tyson to the Knicks, then they use it to get DHow.

Now it looks the sign and trade of DWest to Boston is definitely dead while they try to put together something for CP3 and Rondo. In the meantime, West will sign anew with someone else instead of just sitting around, so we probably won't get anything from that.

Oh, and No Odom to use to get Iggy.

We really got screwed. Thanks Stern.
