Your biggest issue is gonna be internet speed. If you get a fast enough connection and you'd rather just pay a one time price to get the game from ESPN click here.

I could never get ESPN3 to work in S. Africa. Lots of sites are blocked. Had great luck with channelsurfing.net in Lesotho and S. Africa. Band width may be an issue. You may want to look around at hotels in the area and book a night at the one that sounds most promising. Make sure you ask if the access is unlimited, it can get kinda pricey over there.
