That is Priority Point Ranking right?
Philanthropic Priority Point Ranking is just for new season tickets I believe.
Of course they can't make it easy.

In 07 there was a lottery and it was way higher (lower?) than 4000. Friend of mine got 2 via LSU lottery and he was probably around 6000 Im guessing. Does this mean then if you're worse than 4000 you dont even get in the lottery?

Because TAF has two differenty rankings.
I just looked it up on TAF's website-

AWAY AND POST SEASON GAME TICKETS
Football season ticket holders are eligible to apply for away and post season tickets. Applications will be mailed by the LSU Ticket Office and will be filled using LSU Priority Point Rank.
There is also a LSU philanthropic priority point ranking which is used for new season tickets, new parking passes and upgrades.

Pretty sure they did away with the lottery and now just have a hard cut off. Below approx. #xxxx you get two tickets, above you are SOL.

stupid question, but the cutoff means 1-4,000 get tickets, above 4,000 you're SOL?

yes. but exactly 4,000 i'm not sure, but it'll likely be close to 4,000.

There is NO LOTTERY, the tickets are allotted in order until they run out.
