I hate to say it, but didn't T-Bob leave the lineup right around then?
TBob is playing as much as ever. He just shouldnt play center and we sarted playing better when Lonergan cam back and TBob was moved to a better postion.
TBob gets too much hate imo

We have been unable to consistently run behind him all season long outside of the 2nd half when we wear teams out physically, regardless of where he's lined up at on the interior. With the possible exception of Oregon, where I was impressed with his abilities to run-block.
There's a reason Blackwell was moved over to the LG position to team with Faulk. Lonergan/Blackwell/Faulk is a dominant left side of the line, & T-Bob's knowledge & technique help mask his big problems with athleticism & susceptibility to the bull rush & straight line push.
Stop and think: Hilliard TD run was behind the left side. Ware TD run was behind the left side. JJ TD run was zone read to the left side.
This is a trend.
