NSIAP: Why were JJ and RR so pissed on the incomplete TD pass?

Was there a hold on RR? Couldn't see in replay, anyone at the game confirm that was the issue?
Both players seemed to be really getting on the officials about it.

I think he was held, yes.

I remember this clear as day and he was definitely held. I came out my seat in the middle of the play and was screaming hold.

Listening on the radio and they both complained that he was held coming off the line.
