Where are all the MUFC fans?

I see plenty of posts about Chelsea, Arsenal, City, 'Pool, heck, even Tottenham from time to time.
What's with the lack of United fans on here?
I'll admit, when I first started watching soccer, I liked United because they seemed to always be on TV. Surely we have a core group of United supporters on here??

There are a few. They went underground after City curbstomped them.

They rarely post and come out of the woodwork whenever United wins a big game.
Typical amongst their kind

frick City today.
Disappointing Champions League performance to say the least. Needed to at least make it out of the group stage.

So dissapointing. If they make the knockouts it will be a shock. And that is surprising to me.

Explain this. Sorry for being so literal, but I'm having trouble trying to figure out the connection you are making.

Amazing in the league and "mediocre" in Europe.
Not completely serious and playing on stereotypes. They ended up in a pretty brutal group.

Mancini has never been good in Europe. At Inter he had a quarterfinal appearance his first year there, but he took over that season halfway through. After that he was always knocked out in the 2nd round. Man City has been excellent going forward this season, but in Europe they've looked sluggish moving the ball. Napoli was set up perfectly to beat a team like Man City which relies on directness to score goals.

Did he manage the Inter team that got massacred by Thierry Henry in Milan?
Posted on 11/22/11 at 11:07 pm to joey barton
No he took over the season after that happened.

LOLWUT? Mancini finally put Silva in the central midfield after the Christmas break last year. You think it would have taken Wenger that long?

David Silva? Colin-Kazim Richards can moonlight centrally. There's no value in this market (To be fair, I could be combining Wenger with a certain red-faced Scotsman).

Hey man. Arsenal has lost a couple of European Cup finals under Wenger.

There's a trade off. If we are good domestically, we suck on the continent. And vice versa. Here's looking at you 2005-06.

I'll go ahead and say this, and this may not be all that controversial. Man City will go no where in Europe with Mancini at the helm. That is, unless he gets a player that can push him over the top, which is entirely probable, but I'm still suspicious of Mancini's tactical acumen.
