They don't have offers at this point. They rarely played last year, as CBA had a loaded team that sent about 7 players to colleges. Their college future depends on how well they do their senior season.
A 5th year of high school, moving them to 2014, is a possibility.

LSU should have a huge leg up over Alabama for Quarterman. We are just now turning up the heat on him so I see no way we land him. I don't expect us to land Martin either.

Looks like George Mason could be the team to beat for Quarterman. He supposedly has a family connection with coach Paul Hewitt, the former head coach at Georgia Tech. Quarterman lives in Georgia.

That is inaccurate. Several of those schools haven't offered. Givens overvalues his stock.
