In the first house i bought, there is a little pouch on the alchemy table to store all ingredients and potions.

Why would they give you that awesome place to store ingredients in just one house and no other house?
Heck, in Proudspire, I would have to store ingredients a mile from the table.

Don't know, my advice is to use Whiterun as your Alchemy producing station. With fast travel it's not that bad.
