Do people from Lousiana have an advantage for BCS NCG tickets?

I know that Cowboys season ticket holders got first pick of the LSU/Oregon game tickets, and I'm pretty sure that Falcons fans get first pick of SEC Championship Game tickets (minus the allotment given to both schools).
I'm wondering if people in Louisiana or Saints season ticket holders will have any type of advantage at getting tickets to the big game in the Superdome.

Nope and Im a Sugar Bowl Season ticket holder and get 0 options to buy BCS championship tickets
