Serious question.
What does it take to be a voter for the AP? I just saw Craig James say that he is a voter and erased his ballot multiple times. (The fact he knows what an eraser is requires an investigation)
Who are the AP voters and what does it take to become one. Does a guy that used to write for a paper get a vote? Does a blogger get a vote? Do all former RBs turned announcer? It is confusing.

Ok. But what are the criteria for having voting privileges? This tells me that James votes because Fowler took someone else’s spot. There is no pre-requisite?
